City Hall is located at 101 N 15th Street and you can drop it off between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm on Monday-Friday.

If you are building, or adding on you will need a building permit. The City also requires permits for decks, fences, and portable garden sheds. Water and Wastewater for the City of Clarinda is managed by PeopleService. The Clarinda Water Treatment Plant is located at 701 N. 1st Street. The Wastewater Treatment Plant is located east of the Municipal Airport.
